I had the very worst service out of the Selma sales group that you could possibly have. I ended up having to go to the owner to get satisfaction. Today I attempted to buy a Ford Bronco from these people and aside from my salesperson (Jones) this was the most pitiful experience in car buying in have ever had. I know the vehicle is popular but they wou and aside from my salesperson (Jones) this was the most pitiful experience in car buying in have ever had. I know the vehicle is popular but they would not even come close to accepting my offer for MSRP. I was told that if I wanted the vehicle i would have to finance it through them which I do not need to do and I COULDNT EVEN GET A RATE OR HOW MUCH IT WOULD EVENTUALLY COST ME UNLESS I FILLED OUT A CREDIT APP!!! So, I my credit takes a ding in order for me to pay somewhere ABOVE MSRP?? I feel for the employees there who depend on sales commissions when they are restricted from selling cars at retail. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because they have great people like Jones there… More
