Just purchased my second SUV from MBOTW - the sales department is great, but it is the service department that keeps me coming back. Luis Osawa was patient and thorough as we explored which vehicle wa department is great, but it is the service department that keeps me coming back. Luis Osawa was patient and thorough as we explored which vehicle was right for us. David Gonzales helped walk me through the features of both my cars...really helpful and easy to follow. John did a great job making sure the final details on my car were taken car of and it was perfect when I picked it up. And Mark Escobar and the rest of the service department set the standard for customer service. Thank you MBOTW!!! More
