I had stopped a couple of weeks ago while at the Woodlands and asked the service manager if they would allow me to provide my own recently purchased rear brake pads for my 2020 E350. Additionally, In these times of low inventory on vehicles my sales person worked with me to find the best SUV for my needs and kept me up to date on its delivery. He called the moment it rolled off the truck. By afternoon I was on my way. Very efficient. Gave me a fair price for my trade-in as well. I highly recommend MBOTW. More
