I've been taking our vehicles to MBOW for the past 3 years or so and I have always been happy with the service. I have worked with about 5 different Service Advisors, and all have seemed to be honest an years or so and I have always been happy with the service. I just moved to the area and had to take my Mercedes in for service. The dealership had a beautiful lounge with glass windows overlooking the service department.
