If I could give 10 stars I would. Every person we came into contact with had excellent customer service and knowledge. They were so helpful and friendly. They were able to get my '22 GLE450 right in and fix a small issue the same day. I had a terrible experience at the autonation up the road, so I am thrilled to have chosen MBOTW for my service issue. We definitely found a top-notch Mercedes dealership for all of our future purchases and service needs on this vehicle and our AMG. The difference between this dealership (the people and the facility) and the autonation at 1960 is night and day. Pass that other one and head to the woodlands!! Cannot recommend them enough. More

Our pre-owned GL450 had a recall and MBTW sent a service mgr & tech to our home to inspect the vehicle. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained in full detail the situation, instructing another check every 2 years and an affidavit in the event the car is sold. In addition, I purchased my E350 new from MBTW and have been extremely impressed by their service dept. we have owned several Mercedes in different cities and, by far, MBTW has provided exceptional service. I have never had better service at any car dealership/service department. It makes you want to purchase another Mercedes.
