This dealership is the very best in the Houston region for customer service. I brought my AMG in for the Schedule B maintenance and surprisingly, they didn't try to push other things to "fix" on me like o for customer service. I brought my AMG in for the Schedule B maintenance and surprisingly, they didn't try to push other things to "fix" on me like other dealerships do. They did make me aware of a software recall and they got that done as well. We also have a new gle450 that we've had them do small warranty work on. They are always so friendly and helpful. John Watkins is my service guy. He is so good at his job. The facility as a whole is beautiful and relaxing. I don't have a single complaint about them. I can't say the same for the MB dealer just south of them. I am so glad AutoNation is out of my life. MBOTW is our forever MB home dealership. More
