My experience with the Service Department, particularly with Gaston Reyes, was 5 stars! My car's service required two days, and Gaston arranged a rental car that was ready upon my arrival. Wait times on with Gaston Reyes, was 5 stars! My car's service required two days, and Gaston arranged a rental car that was ready upon my arrival. I have always taken my 2020 GLE to the Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands dealership for service. Last week my wife took it in for a malfunctioning air conditioner. I received a phone call from Service Adviso the Woodlands dealership for service. Last week my wife took it in for a malfunctioning air conditioner. I received a phone call from Service Advisor Isaiah Martinez informing me that the AC had a leak, and unfortunately because of the extensive labor involved in fixing it, the cost of repair would be $8000. I told Isaiah that I was not prepared to pay that price. He told me he would talk to his manager to see if there was any way to lower the price. Later Isaiah called and told me MBOTW had contacted MB and together they were able to reduce the price of my air conditioner repair by $4000. Thank you Isaiah and MBOTW management for making this happen. More
