Honest dealership. I purchased this vehicle from MBOTW as a certified pre-owned in the beginning of February 2023. I have put on about 4500 miles and got a email from M I purchased this vehicle from MBOTW as a certified pre-owned in the beginning of February 2023. I have put on about 4500 miles and got a email from MB corporate saying it was time to get my GLC serviced. As I was dropping off my vehicle and getting it logged in the tech told me that I still had 5300 miles before needing service. I showed him the email and he figured that it may have been triggered by the original owners purchase date. I did point out that I had picked up a screw in one of the tires and that I had purchased the tire warranty. He verified that and my tire was replaced, vehicle was washed and returned to me in a timely manner. More
