My vehicle suddenly experienced a significant loss of power late on Friday afternoon. Luckily I was but 1 mile from the Dealership so I pulled in. Before I left the dealership he had performed remote diagnostics, came and found me and explained the issue via visuals on his tablet. WOW. Monday I was back on the road. Great experience.
