One star is too much for the service at this dealership, I would give 0 start if I could. I have experienced multiple problems and issues with my car since I went in for a simple battery change last year, i I would give 0 start if I could. I have experienced multiple problems and issues with my car since I went in for a simple battery change last year, including failure of electronic systems, and leaving a locking plier attached to the hinge of the trunk that damaged the roof and lastly when I went to change tires and breaks last week, they gave the car back to me with four out of five bolts missing from front wheel. I was driving the car for few days before I noticed the missing bolts as the wheel started shaking. The lack of quality control and poor service we have experienced is shocking. This location has single handedly done great deal of damaged to Mercedes Brand. More

Donald Hutchins provided superior service for me at Mercedes Woodlands. My prior contact was Anthony Walding, who retired, so I thought it would be difficult shoes to fill, but Mr Hutchins did it with Mercedes Woodlands. My prior contact was Anthony Walding, who retired, so I thought it would be difficult shoes to fill, but Mr Hutchins did it with grace & ease. He was very professional, conscientious, and helpful. He emailed me quotes before my work was done, provided a loaner car, and updated me on other issues needed. Not to mention their lounge is the best in the west! They did have massage chairs that they hope to get back soon! It made my car maintenance easy! I will be back! More
Richard has been servicing my to Mercedes for a number of years now and I own an S class and a GLS which I love Had to bring in my car for service actually both of them one was under warranty and the othe years now and I own an S class and a GLS which I love Had to bring in my car for service actually both of them one was under warranty and the other one unfortunately run out and I may consider getting the third-party warranty as I want to keep the car for a number of years to come yet In any event, Richard has always been extremely helpful and my go to service advisor for everything. He's even helped me sort through some issues just when I called them on the phone and it's always been able to be efficient and thoughtful about any issue. I have with the car and is mindful of my money so that we spend it wisely when needed. Also have to end in Anthony who I think runs a really good service department as well More
