awesome experience I recently took my car in for service, first time at this dealership, it's an unbelievable dealership. EVERYONE was courteous, helpful, the dealership is immaculate, and best of all my service advisor is there, I have been a mercedes -benz owner for 12 yrs. and I can't imagine owning any other car, especially when this kind of service is right out my back door. Great Job!!! More

I am so happy that we now have Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands because you can now receive the excellent service that typically goes with the Mercedes I am so happy that we now have Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands because you can now receive the excellent service that typically goes with the Mercedes Benz brand. For the longest time I was very disappointed in the service experience when going to other MB dealerships but now we have found a home. Mike has been superb in his handling of any and all issues from warranty work to routine maintenance. He is very pleasant to work with and I trust him 100% to let me know what does and does not need to be done to the vehicle. No one really likes going in for service but Mike make it a pleasant experience. Thanks for all you do. More

I went there to get my car serviced and when I drove up to the glass doors they opened and I drove into the air condition service department where I was Greeted right away! My Service Advisor, Liz Rincon already had my loaner car waiting! She had my car taken care of in a timely manor and answered all concerns I had about my car! I even had them tint the windows on my C350 ?? They also have a MASSEUSE!! REALLY,, You can get a message while you wait! I am also impressed with the amount of Benz merchandise you can purchase there! I love my Benz and I'm always looking for something Benz!
