The work to be preformed or not to be performed was reviewed prior to performing it. Our calls for an appointment and for follow-up were returned on time. A very pleasant experience for us. Excellency in customer service This is the second time I have visited the service center at Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands. The first had to do with an air conditioning problem that This is the second time I have visited the service center at Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands. The first had to do with an air conditioning problem that was immediately corrected. The second time was for my B Service on my Benz. Just like the first time, I was met by quickly, ascertained the reason for my visit and, then, shown to the waiting area. My Service Advisor - Liz Rincon - met with me and began the process of service needs. She was most helpful as well as knowledgeable. She continuously kept me appraised of the work schedule, provided an estimate and permitted me the opportunity to make any changes to the proposal. Her knowledge was extremely helpful in making determinations as to the pros and cons of the suggested service items. This is the second time I have been fortunate to have Liz as my Service Advisor. They do an exceptionally excellent job. More

We called ahead of time because we were an hour earlier than our appointment time but Liz said to come on that she would get us right in. When we arrived they got our car in right away. While there they fed us lunch and had coffee and anything else we might want to drink. All and all we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mercedes-Benz. More

Mike Lange and the other folks we dealt with met our every need, In part because they understanding full well how much we (and no doubt many other Mercedes owners) treasure their MB vehicles. No doubt this dealership's employees have lots to do each and every day; and much of it must be of a repetitive nature. Nevertheless, during our visits to Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands, we are always made to feel special, and they let us know that they will do whatever it takes to meet our service/repair expectations--which, by the way, they have done each and every time.
