Service review I have used this dealership on 3 occasions now for service. The first visit was for routine maintenance, and the service was great. The second time, I have used this dealership on 3 occasions now for service. The first visit was for routine maintenance, and the service was great. The second time, my 'check engine' light was on. I was able to take my car in on a Saturday morning and it was ready by Monday afternoon. They also arranged for me to have a loaner car which was very convenient. Today, I took my car in for a tire rotation. The service was done in less than an hour with a car wash to finish off the service. My service advisor has been Mark Escobar every time, and he is the best!! He is so informative about anything I ask about and he's always a pleasure to work with. This dealership is the best I have ever had experience with. It's very comfortable and clean. I will continue to use this dealership for all of my vehicle's service and for future purchases. More

The other MB dealer I used to go to would just rinse it off-sloppy. I have an extended 3rd party warranty and Mike Lange my service advisor always goes to bat for me to get everything covered that needs to be. He is a great service advisor and I like how he always keeps me informed of what is going on with my car while it is in there and is upfront with all costs. The techs are very professional and I appreciate the way they treat the vehicles with care. You can even see what they are doing through the waiting room glass. The dealership is an impressive facility and everyone there is always friendly. More
