Excellent Road service with Mr Wong was outstanding, young man had a great attitude and stearred me to the dealership for four new tires. No doubt this dealership's employees have lots to do each and every day; and much of it must be of a repetitive nature. Nevertheless, during our visits to Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands, we are always made to feel special, and they let us know that they will do whatever it takes to meet our service/repair expectations--which, by the way, they have done each and every time. Truly outstanding I have been a Mercedes owner for for 12 years I am driving my third Mercedes, the first that I bought at the Woodlands dealership, by the way if your I have been a Mercedes owner for for 12 years I am driving my third Mercedes, the first that I bought at the Woodlands dealership, by the way if your looking to buy a car Jaclyn my sales person is in a class all by herself, I am sure they have other outstanding sales people there as everyone has been so helpful but she is tops in my book. Everything has been easy, fair and accurate, what more can you ask for in what most would consider unpleasant necessities ( buying and servicing a car). I followed my service representative Richard, from the dealership I use to do business with when he left the place just wasn't the same and I was a customer there for almost 10 years. I guess what I love most about Richard is he always goes the extra mile, keeping me informed throughout the service process he is very knowledgeable about all the different types of vehicles and gives me good advice on servicing. as an example I brought my wife's C.L.K. 350 in for a window washer issue and he suggested I get the front brakes replaced as they were about to go into the warning light notice he knew I would just be back there in a week or so and was respectful of my time, because I trust him unquestionably and he knows my lifestyle I appreciated him thinking that why should I have to just be back there soon. It is by far one of the most beautiful and courteous Benz service I have had pleasure to deal with. Beats the pants off Mercedes-north as they have only declined in true customer service!!! At the Woodlands location attendants were very eager to help check you in. My service advisor Richard Metodiev, was very attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. He made the move into my loaner car simple and easy. I'm very happy to have him as my advisor and feel has the best interest of his clients. I give the experience a all around A+ More

They pulled the code and discovered that it was the fuel pump, told me it was still under factory warranty and gave me a loaner car, all within a short time frame. I worked with Liz who provided excellent service and communicated clearly and concisely. I have used this dealership in the past when the work was not warranty work and while I can say it is not the cheapest, cheapest is not always the best. I guess you buy a "luxury" vehicle you had better be willing to pay for the service. I do not think the service costs here are any higher than any other dealership but the customer service is much better than other dealerships. They are never pushy here and always provide over the top service. I am never afraid to drop in for service or have them look at my vehicle. More
