This place is AWESOME! Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands, Tx The customer service there is OUTSTANDING! I have never been treated so Special. I went there to get my car serviced and when I drove up to the glass doors they opened and I drove into the air condition service department where I was Greeted right away! My Service Advisor, Liz Rincon already had my loaner car waiting! She had my car taken care of in a timely manor and answered all concerns I had about my car! I even had them tint the windows on my C350 ?? They also have a MASSEUSE!! REALLY,, You can get a message while you wait! I am also impressed with the amount of Benz merchandise you can purchase there! I love my Benz and I'm always looking for something Benz! Mike has always been a true professional. Now he works at a beautiful dealership where you can drop of your car in a climate controlled, huge garage, and get into your loaner car within minutes. If you want, there are delicious snack and drinks available. The pick up takes only a few minutes also. As someone who is always short on time, I really value this. Simply put, the best service. I highly recommend this dealership. More

FREE Pit Stop Inspection Had coupon from another dealership for a free pit stop inspection. I only have 5,000 miles on my new C300 so I thought I would see if Mercedes-Benz o Had coupon from another dealership for a free pit stop inspection. I only have 5,000 miles on my new C300 so I thought I would see if Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands would honor this, since this dealership is closer to my home. They not only honored it, but did the inspection immediately. They also did an incredible job in washing the car (I did not ask for this nor was it included in the coupon). Even vacuumed the trunk. Beautiful facility also. More
