Incredibly fast drop off and pick up for service Incredibly fast dropping off the vehicle then picking up the next day. The process on each day took mear minutes (how do they do that?). This time I Incredibly fast dropping off the vehicle then picking up the next day. The process on each day took mear minutes (how do they do that?). This time I had them perform a front end alignment and I can really tell the difference; my vehicle handles so much better. I also had them wash, wax, and clean out the inside and it was well worth the extra money - my vehicle looks brand new. Thank you Mike Lange for the great service. See y'all next year. More

Personal, Relevant, Responsive After my mom's parked E350 was crushed by an out-of-control vehicle, Bob (whom I've yet to meet) stepped up and made arrangements for a driveable car, After my mom's parked E350 was crushed by an out-of-control vehicle, Bob (whom I've yet to meet) stepped up and made arrangements for a driveable car, tow truck, repairs to my mom's car, and more. He evidently had everything in motion before I finished explaining the situation. Within four hours, the wrecked vehicle was picked up by conscientious tow truck personnel, the service manager had us lined up, and my mom had another vehicle to use - especially important since she had driven 300 miles to visit here in Houston. Wow, that's what I call not messin' around! Yes, all my referrals go to this dealership. More

Your door is opened and you are welcomed by name. It does not seem to matter what the nature of your visit is ... required maintenance, inflating tires or just a car wash. You are always greeted with a smile (I recommend Mark), directed to their upscale lounge, grab a snack and drink and if you are in for a longer period ... try out a no-charge massage.
