A Luxury Retailer, Not a Car Dealer From reading the reviews, I sense that several people came to MBOTW not because of its location, but because they followed their Service Advisor there From reading the reviews, I sense that several people came to MBOTW not because of its location, but because they followed their Service Advisor there. It was the same for myself. All of the wonderful things that have been said about the other members of the team apply equally to Mike Lange, whom I have been with for many years and two Mercedes. Mike is best in class in a team full of best in class. The facility is beautiful, the service prompt, and everyone working there is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It is said that the Sales Department sells the first car, but that the Service Department sells the second, third, etc. In that case, MBOTW will be selling lots of cars in the years to come. Living in The Woodlands, MBOTW is very convenient, but if I lived, for example, in Midtown, I would still come to MBOTW. It is worth the journey. Cheers! Jim Connor More

The reason for my choosing this particular dealership is Ms. Aysa Anzaldua. She has been my service adviser for as long as I have owned a Mercedes. Ms. Anzaldua is extremely personable, trustworthy, and also extremely knowledgeable. She makes every experience "less painful" by her personality. I would follow her everywhere she goes. I hope that she will stay at Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands for a very long time. She follows up on every service and makes sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. More
Twice as Nice, Second Service Experience - Second to NONE Last Saturday I took my second vehicle to the service center at Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands. I had some concerns about my 2005 SLK350. I bought it Last Saturday I took my second vehicle to the service center at Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands. I had some concerns about my 2005 SLK350. I bought it in 2013 and did not know the service history of the vehicle. Mainly I wanted some type of maintenance plan. I had addressed this to nearby dealership before MBOTW opened for business and never really got any feedback from them. This past Saturday I had the pleasure to meet with Kyle Galindo who is the Service Manager for MBOTW. I can honestly say that I was impressed with the way he took his time with me to hear all my concerns. He said that he would research the maintenance history of my vehicle and suggest a plan of action for maintenance. I now feel that I have someone in my corner. Thanks again Kyle! More
