Recently I had a Service Appointment for my SL to address an Engine Light - Donald Hutchins and the Technicians addressed that promptly and during the follow-up test drive heard a suspension / steering noise an Engine Light - Donald Hutchins and the Technicians addressed that promptly and during the follow-up test drive heard a suspension / steering noise and advised me of same - put the vehicle up to troubleshoot and discovered a faulty pulsation damper for the electro-hydraulic suspension system. I was very impressed at the proactive attitude by the Service Department to ensure my vehicle was delivered back to me with every known issue addressed. Thanks very much, Steve Seiler More

The waiting area and showroom are great but it's people that make the difference from the initial call to schedule an appointment to when you are taken to your car on departure. Arrived late in the day with a screw in one of my tires. Was almost ready for new tires and they had some in stock and were running a discount. GREAT SERVICE! My recent service on my 2018 C300 was great! My Service Manager, Mike was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
