I took in my 2023 GLE for "B" Service and Recall check last week Wednesday 07/24. On getting to the Dealership, a Loaner car was already waiting for me. Easy to complete on-line service appointment for my 8 yr old MB. Arrived at 7am and my complimentary, almost new, Loaner was immediately available. Scheduled service was performed the same day.
