First and foremost, Trinidad is one of the most professional, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant sales person I have interacted in a long time. I was not 100% sure to replace my exciting MB C300 b professional, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant sales person I have interacted in a long time. I was not 100% sure to replace my exciting MB C300 because it only had 31K miles; however, Trini showed me the new 2024 C300 and then the 2023 E350w and he made it very easy for me to make a decision. He really is an asset to the Dealership and I appreciate his support and great demeanor throughout this experience. This is my third time to buy a car from this dealership and I have always been very impressed by the level of professionalism and service.
