Exceptional Service I am really impressed by the effort put forth by this dealership to provide exceptional service. They always get me a loaner car when I need it even I am really impressed by the effort put forth by this dealership to provide exceptional service. They always get me a loaner car when I need it even on short notice and I really appreciate the way they clean the car after service. The other MB dealer I used to go to would just rinse it off-sloppy. I have an extended 3rd party warranty and Mike Lange my service advisor always goes to bat for me to get everything covered that needs to be. He is a great service advisor and I like how he always keeps me informed of what is going on with my car while it is in there and is upfront with all costs. The techs are very professional and I appreciate the way they treat the vehicles with care. You can even see what they are doing through the waiting room glass. The dealership is an impressive facility and everyone there is always friendly. More
