Nicole was truly interested and listened as I described the car I was looking to purchase my Wife. We picked out a couple and I took one home that night. We came back the next day and finalized all the paperwork. When we came to pick-up the vehicle, the entire MBOTW team welcomed my wife and I into the MB family. The experience was so great, I decided to purchase myself a GLK. Cannot say enough about the sales and service team. Stopped by today for a car wash and a massage. Holy Cow Batman, that is service. I never liked the pushy or aggressive tactics of salespeople. At Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands I never had that feeling. The experience was easy, seamless and enjoyable. Everyone that we spoke with at the dealership had customer service as their number one priority. The showroom was comfortable and inviting as we're all of the people that worked there. I will highly recommend this dealership in the future. More
