And during finance, Atruo, was detailed and explained what my payment would be and the different warranty options available but I originally only wanted the GAP insurance. When I met with Paula, I decided to take the extended warranty & tire warranty as well. Jodi explained the new car features but I had to leave before I was able to get all my questions answered. When I returned, I met with Matt. He was very detailed and knowledgeable on all aspects of the GLK 350 as well as the navigation system I had install. A car that met my exactly met my needs was sitting in the show room and a written fair offer was prepared.
