Service on my ML350 2010 We went to the dealer to have our ML350 serviced. We followed Michael Lange from the Houston dealer to the Woodlands. He is the reason we purchased. He is the reason we purchased....and will continue to purchase.... a Mercedes Benz. I have been purchasing new vehicles since the 1960's and Michael is without peer in taking care of his customer. We have had wonderful experience with our Mercedes vehicles, and Michael has enhanced our experience. Our rental is ready, our service time is short, our notifications are timely. NO ONE enjoys taking a day off to take care of car service, but Michael makes it as painless as possible. More

Horror experience morphed into good I asked for Tim T. to show me a car. He was busy and introduced me to Jaclyn S. She showed me a GLA 250 and later Tim showed me a GLC 300. I was unsur I asked for Tim T. to show me a car. He was busy and introduced me to Jaclyn S. She showed me a GLA 250 and later Tim showed me a GLC 300. I was unsure of which one to get. I had thought the 250 would be a good fit. However I was still unsure, Jaclyn' tone and attitude were unresoectful and she seemed upset, I asked if she was ok. I felt I was not doing ehat she expected and that made ger angrier. I took about 3 minutes thinking i would prefer the GKC 399. When I told her she went crazy on me, she slamed both palms of her hands on the table and stared directly at me in a menacing way saying " well, are you getting a car or not, WHICH ONE! " . At that point I felt insulted and attacked and WAS NOT buying anything to this Unstable, rude and intimidating person. I thought, how can this be a sales person to myself. I asked her to please get Tim because I would conduct no businrss with her. I was about to step out. The other MB dealership sakes people were nicer and did not insult me. Tim came back and saved the deal. He took his time to explain ( 15 minutes) and for me to be comfortable with my decision. Mike S. was there as well and helped to give me a good deal. At the end Arturo finished the sale with me. His attitude was great. He mademe laugh at the end. What was looking ti be a horror story with Jaclyn ended up as ok. Jody did the delivery service and she is a star! She is knowledgeable and ver sweet, Great service from her. Antonio gave me a second round of the car's media operation and he was wonderful as well. As a whole MB of the W has winderful service. If a friend asked me if I would recommend MB of the Woodlands I would say yes but beware; go with Tim or Mike and AVOID Jaclyn S. at all cost. More

She was very informed, very helpful and most importantly very courteous. She took care of the issues for which I brought my vehicle in, put me in a service loaner unit and had my vehicle ready the same day. I had a prior commitment that evening and there was not a problem with me returning the loaner the next morning. When I arrived for pick up, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 15 minutes! I am very pleased and impressed with Liz and MB of the Woodlands. I will be back soon for my Service B. More

Fantastic Sales Experience We came into your dealership on a Friday to have our 2015 ML350 serviced (check engine light). While waiting for a loaner I walked thru the showroom We came into your dealership on a Friday to have our 2015 ML350 serviced (check engine light). While waiting for a loaner I walked thru the showroom to see what the 2016 SUV's were doing. There I met Nelson, and told him we were not in the market for a new car, although I really liked the GLE350. So he would have to make us an "OFFER WE COULD NOT REFUSE" before we would buy the car. Well, HE DID!!! Shortly thereafter we drove out in our GLE350! We are very happy with the sales and financing experience we received. On Sunday "mom" told us she wanted a new car but was on a tight budget and would probably settle for a pre-owned. I put in a call to Nelson (yes on Sunday) told him the situation and we made an appointment to meet on Monday. A few hours after meeting Nelson she bought a 2016 C300!! We are ALL very happy!! Mom (age 87) is in the car of her dreams!!! More
I love it! I've been to all the other Mercedes dealerships in Houston and this one is the best. I got a flyer in the mail and decided to try it and I'm go glad I did!! Plus Mike Lange is there! I love him! I met him at one of the other dealerships, but then he was gone. Little did I know he was at Mercedes Woodlands! If I had know that I would have been going there a long time ago!! There is a nice area to sit and watch tv, there is a nice little business center with computers (where I spend most of my time) they have food, snacks, drinks. It's lovely. More
