Service beyond expectation I will start off by saying that I am not an easy customer. This was my first Mercedes Benz in 80 vehicles I have owned. I hVe driven mainly Porsche an I will start off by saying that I am not an easy customer. This was my first Mercedes Benz in 80 vehicles I have owned. I hVe driven mainly Porsche and Audi over the past 15 years. MBOTW have been exceptional in providing detail of the vehicle and creating a very professional and courteous ambience. My buying experience wa exceptional, and even though the spec which I preferred to order was unavailable, they went out of their way to get me the karts after I took delivery - and at a great price. Well done Erich, my sales person, and a special shoutout to the sales manager Joe and finance director Paula who both followed up with answers to my questions. In 31 years, this is the best service I have experienced!!! More

He listened! And then he found the one that met my specifications and made me a deal I felt good about. I never imagined owning a Mercedes-Benz, but these vans are head and shoulders above the competition--bigger, have a better payload, and can tow twice as much. I used it for the first time today on a job. It's a pleasure to drive, easy to load gear in and out of with the low bumper height, and easy to maneuver in tight spaces. My experience with MBoTW was a smooth one from the moment I arrived to the moment I was handed the keys. Harry St.Clair was efficient and friendly in finance, and David Gonzales walked me through the features of the van with ease, and paired my phone! I have never had such an enjoyable experience buying a vehicle, and I've owned over 20 in my lifetime.
