He listened! And then he found the one that met my specifications and made me a deal I felt good about. I never imagined owning a Mercedes-Benz, but these vans are head and shoulders above the competition--bigger, have a better payload, and can tow twice as much. I used it for the first time today on a job. It's a pleasure to drive, easy to load gear in and out of with the low bumper height, and easy to maneuver in tight spaces. My experience with MBoTW was a smooth one from the moment I arrived to the moment I was handed the keys. Harry St.Clair was efficient and friendly in finance, and David Gonzales walked me through the features of the van with ease, and paired my phone! I have never had such an enjoyable experience buying a vehicle, and I've owned over 20 in my lifetime. Even after only a day, I do believe this van will met my needs for years to come--and when it's time to trade it in, there is no doubt where I will be going. Thanks guys! More

The customer experience we had was 2nd to none, Kriss Arbury, Sales Advisor, went above and beyond to accommodate us during the whole time, he was very courteous and nice and it was a real pleasure to do business with. Also Paula Alpha, the Finance Director, is very knowledgeable and professional, she explained to us everything in detail and was very efficient and courteous the whole time. Also when the car was delivered to us we met Anthony Cruz, he did an excellent job explaining to us all the features and gadgets the car has. More

Our sales person that we talked to on the phone initially was with another customer for quite some time, so we had another one and she was fantastic. She answered all our question, and if she didn't know she found out. We weren't initially going to buy that day, but they gave us a better deal than the Clear Lake dealership that is near our house. We've been try to deal with that dealership for a while but they weren't budging. So when the woodlands gave us their best offer, we took it. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

This dealership was originally a random choice because of location but demonstrated the friendliest experience we have ever had. After registration we were handed off to Kriss Arbury who helped us locate the specific models we wanted to see and drive. We will be ordering a vehicle in January for March delivery. I must say that Kriss and all associates who came by to speak with us were the most polite, professional team I have ever worked with. We will be back! More

This time I had them perform a front end alignment and I can really tell the difference; my vehicle handles so much better. I also had them wash, wax, and clean out the inside and it was well worth the extra money - my vehicle looks brand new. Thank you Mike Lange for the great service. See y'all next year. More
