Antonio kept me fully informed throughout the build and delivery process, and even went out of his way to pick me up and take me to the dealership to finalize paperwork before taking delivery in late January, which was ahead of schedule. During the financing process, Arturo was informative, straightforward and forthright in his product presentation. Again, no pressure or hard sell to add unwanted protection or coverage, just honest information that allowed me to make the most informed decision best suited to my needs and wants. MBOTW will be my first choice in all future car purchases. It doesn't hurt that I absolutely love my new C43, either. More

The sales people from Anthony Surface and his co-worker Nel As the title says - "Don't waste time anywhere if you want to buy Mercedes-Benz in Texas". The sales people from Anthony Surface and his co-worker Nelson Sioson, to the finance "Arturo" are all excellent people. They are honest and gives you options to help you out. I was mentioning a small chip on a vehicle to Nelson, Immediately Anthony came confirming that it will be taken care of. Don't know when and how Nelson conveyed that to Anthony. They are really good and most of all, the dealership seem new and they are willing to go all the way to earn your business and build a reputation. Really, do not waste time, just come here if you are really serious and interested to buy a Mercedes, period. Come from LA or OK or anywhere in US, this is THE place for good VALUE. More
