I requested a contact from MB of the Woodlands on the MBUSA web site, and immediately got hooked up with Kriss. He understood my situation and worked with me. The process was very fluid and he prioritized everything for me even though my only window to get down to the Woodlands was the very next day. Drove in the next day and was out the door in 3 hours with the vehicle ready to go. I am extremely happy with the dealer, their management, finance team, and the Sales Rep Kriss.
