Alex arranged 2 test drives and answered all of my questions and concerns. We feel no pressure at all through out and enjoyed the facilities on offer. I was torn between the two vehicles that I had driven so we decided to leave to consider things. I spoke with Alex the following Monday and we arranged for me to visit to make my decision and close the deal. I returned that afternoon and we finalized the figures. Arturo in finance was great. We figured the best overall package for me quickly and signed the paperwork. We even got the treatments done inside and outside the vehicle that were required for the coverage that I selected. Overall a great experience. The facilities at the dealership are great and you feel genuinely at home there. I have to admit that I never thought I'd leave my previous premium German marque, but I have. That is in no small way down to the welcoming service that I received from Alex at Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands. More

What? A dealership that keeps its word? Say it isn't so, Joe Let's start off with the man of the hour, Mr. Nelson Sioson. A stand-up gentleman who kept his word for me. I made the 3 hour trek after a simple Let's start off with the man of the hour, Mr. Nelson Sioson. A stand-up gentleman who kept his word for me. I made the 3 hour trek after a simple and quick negotiation over the phone, for a loaded out LTZ Silverado, they took in on a trade. After my call with Nelson, I was later told they had a cash buyer come in for the truck and they held it for me until I arrived, giving me essentially the right of first refusal since, I was driving in to possibly buy the truck. When I arrived, I met with some staff members working their front desk. Some quick chit chat as they were alerting Nelson of my arrival. In our short conversation, I jokingly asked if I would get a birthday discount since I was a day away from mine. We all had a good heart felt chuckle and one of the gentlemen said I should but, we knew that wouldn't happen. Nelson arrives and immediately grabs the keys and we head out for the test drive, in rush hour traffic. Man, can I plan the perfect time to buy a truck or what? The test drive goes great and I'm whipping this truck in and out of traffic like I'm Nicholas Cage's stunt driver in Gone in 60 seconds (slight exaggeration, I'm a much better driver). So we drift sideways back into the Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands parking lot and I let Nelson know I'll think about the truck. I felt it had been abused and worried about its longevity... just kidding, I loved it and we went in to get the paperwork rolling. Nelson introduced me to Rene, one of the car porters, who was going to detail my new (to me) truck. I batted my baby blues, which are really brown, and sweet talked Nelson into sending me home with a full tank of gas. He tried to play hard ball but, well, I'm irresistible and my new (to me), truck was beautifully detailed and topped off with the finest gasoline money can buy... or what was available at the corner gas station. While Nelson was completing the paperwork necessary for selling such a powerful beast, and capable truck, I was lead to the lounge area of the dealership to relax and reflect on this amazing buying experience. I thought to myself, while sipping on a complimentary beverage, that this has been a remarkable buying experience and how I need to buy more things from a Mercedes Benz dealership. Then it happens, Nelson sneaks up and drops a BOMB on me!!! Oh no!!! An exclusive voucher for a free bottle of wine! I'm thinking I haven't had MD 20/20 since high school so, COOL! Happy Birthday to ME!!! Boy, was I really surprised when it was actually for a sublime bottle of Flora Springs Trilogy Red Wine. What was I thinking? MD 20/20 from a Mercedes dealership? If I was buying this loaded out Chevrolet Silverado LTZ 4x4 from a Chevy dealership, yeah MD 20/20. Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands doesn't play like that. Actually, a Chevrolet dealership wouldn't give you anything but maybe you could get a couple of swigs from the salesman out back, if he was willing to even share his MD 20/20 as he tried to drown out his feelings of failure. So, dinner at Kirby's it is with this complimentary bottle of wine. All in all, Nelson, and his staff, were great. Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands did a fantastic job of making this car buying experience tolerable, if not slightly enjoyable. Customer service was top notch and exemplary, even for a guy just buying a nice used truck. I'd highly recommend Nelson and Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands. And remember, taxation IS theft! Thanks again Nelson! More
