AVOID! Liars and incompetent. I originally Gave the Service Department 5 stars but had to update my review after the completion of my service. Original Review: Service Center wa I originally Gave the Service Department 5 stars but had to update my review after the completion of my service. Original Review: Service Center was great! Donald Hutchins was my Service Advisor and he calmed me down from the stress of an emergency repair, found me a loaner vehicle, and kept me updated on my repairs. I recommend asking for Donald Hutchins. Updated: My car was in the service department for a week, for an AdBlue light where 6 of those days were "spent trying to clear the code". I was flat out lied to by Service Advisor Richard at pick up when he told me me my front license plate was added on like I had requested. Obviously as soon as I went to the car I could tell that was a lie. I was told my Service Advisor did not even put the request in. I was also told a driver side blind spot was resolved with an update and cleaning of sensors but my paperwork says that work was not performed and Richard could not answer my questions on what was done. They also drove my car 120 miles (!) and didn't bother to refill the tank to the level I brought it in at. When there are ample services centers to choose from, I am appalled that a Service Advisor would make such obvious lies. I recommend finding another Service Center. More

Kriss worked with me to build the exact car I was looking for and arranged to have it ready to pick up the day after I returned from traveling. Also, since I had already committed to buying the car for sometime prior to bringing in my trade-in, I was a bit apprehensive about the trade-in value that would be offered at pick-up. Kriss delivered what I considered a very fair trade-in value and confirmed my expectations for a high level of trust. The entire process was professional and efficient. All of the supporting service around the sale was equally outstanding. Overall excellent car buying experience. More

Fantastic Service + Fantastic People = Fantastic Dealership My Car had just flooded in Harvey, and I had only started taking it to the Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands (MBOTW). Note: I had been dealing with My Car had just flooded in Harvey, and I had only started taking it to the Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands (MBOTW). Note: I had been dealing with another dealership since 2000, but the service was so bad I decided to check out another dealership. When I went to MBOTW, the entire experience was different. The Service advisor, Michael Lange, came out to meet me and was even friendly, Michael even called me to let me know the work was done and they were going to take a test drive - before they took it. (Not once in 20 years had the previous dealership done that - lojack let me know though :-). In either case, I had just had work done on my SLK 350 and it flooded. So I called Michael to discuss my options. After a few minutes he pointed me to Anthony Surface to talk about alternative transportation. I explained to Anthony my budget constraints. Anthony called me back in 15 minutes with a number of options and after twenty minutes we had narrowed it down to 2 vehicles. When I went to the dealership, Anthony showed me the vehicles we had discussed. They were exactly as he said. As we were talking he mentioned another car that had just come in. I looked at it, and agreed to buy it. I wanted a few things done to it, and he arranged that. Not only did he arrange it, but he made sure I knew what was being done every second. In addition, Anthony sent me pictures as items were about to be done and after they were done. At one point he even sent me a video of the testing!!! After working with Anthony and Mike at MBOTW, it made me wonder why I spent so long at the other dealership!!! This leads me to the title - Fantastic Service + Fantastic People = Fantastic Dealership. ps. I only gave them 5 stars, because dealerrater didn't offer 6. More

I made one phone call, arrived to the dealer to sign paperwork, and left with a BETTER vehicle. The entire process was stress free. Awesome customer service from Toni J. Sales tag team of Katelyn H. and Anthony S. was fantastic. Arturo G. of finance did not exceed my budget or attempt to sell me something. More
