I test drove several different models and decided to purchase one of their larger SUVs when I had built the vehicle to the specifications I desired I was told that I can't purchase the vehicle because I might ship it to China The saleslady then proceeded to tell me to buy the vehicle in white or any other color except black, yes, she told me the color I had to choose for a vehicle I was going to pay almost $90,000 for. I was shocked and disappointed to say the least. I called this to the attention of a sales manager named Nelson who spoke to me arrogantly and with condescension and told me that he would not sell me any of the large Mercedes SUVs at all. I am in shock, I had arranged the financing to purchase this vehicle through my company’s bank and was incredibly excited to get this vehicle for my family. I have no doubt that Mecezdes-Benz of woodlands is prejudice toward customers of color and uses some story about black vehicles as an excuse to discriminate. More

Worst Experience Ever at a Mercedes Dealership Having purchased over 300 cars for myself and my companies, and being an avid collector of exotic and classic cars, I consider myself most qualified t Having purchased over 300 cars for myself and my companies, and being an avid collector of exotic and classic cars, I consider myself most qualified to leave this opinion about MBTW. I recently went to their dealership to have my S550 serviced and to purchase a SUV. I was told by the salesman that MBOTW prices their used cars so low that they only have a maximum of a $1k profit built in to the asking price. This is absurd! I purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon Denali.The used SUV I regretfully purchased had to have a new transmission a week later, and it took the dealership over a month to provide me with the 2nd key and a disk for the NAV to work. It's been in the shop 3 times in the first month at the GMC dealership, and still has issues. For financing, I asked to meet with the F&I Manager (Finance & Insurance) before completing an application. I explained to her that I had excellent credit and that I only wanted the ap submitted to one bank, and no others. Having promised she would do so, I find out hours later that they had submitted my application to approximately five banks; most of which marked the inquiry not as an auto loan, but as personal loan; consumer loan, and etc. The various types of inquiries caused my FICO score to go down over 15 points for 3 years! I've reached out to the Owner/G.M. over three times and despite assurances given me, he has not called me for going on three-(3) months. Intending to file suit. This is the most unprofessional Mercedes dealership I have ever dealt with, in over 20 years of owning Mercedes Benz and other cars. I would recommend you go to another dealership that is befitting of the Mercedes Benz brand. My experience was akin to one at a corner used car lot. More

I thank Mercedes for having him as an employee and I intended to recommend him to friends and family for future purchases I will defiantly return to get another vehicle from him when my lease is up. First class experience. We flew into Houston airport and were chauffeured to the dealership by their driver. We had decided on a car that we saw online and worked with Nelson over the phone prior to our trip. The car was exactly as it was presented and in pristine condition as a Certified Preowned Mercedes. We were very pleased with our treatment while there. The dealership has an in-house massage therapist, an accessories shop and a coffee/fruit bar for their customers. Nelson was informative and answered all of our questions satisfactorily. We believe we got a very good deal on our car and plan to use this dealership in the future...we hope Nelson stays with them for a long time! More
