Anthony Walding gave us a tutorial of our car's options. My children said he should take Valium before he began with us but he was so organized in his presentation, even I got what he was demonstrating. I cannot overstate my experience - it was just almost perfect!!! More

I find the haggling of price uncomfortable and have always felt as though I did not get the best possible deal. Until now! We walked into The Woodlands dealership "just to look". We were quickly greeted by Anthony Surface who zeroed in to the vehicle we favored and started pointing out its outstanding features. He was professional and courteous and answered all our questions patiently and without pressure to "buy today". The dealership is beautiful and we were made to feel comfortable to look around and enjoy a snack and a beverage while doing so. In a matter of hours, we were the proud owner of a GLC 300! The follow up with David was wonderful as he explained the control panel and helped me with all the settings. I've since returned for my first free car wash. I truly believe that my husband will be next to get a new Mercedes, (not sure which one yet!) I just know we are sold on this dealership. We have never been treated so well in the process of buying a new car. And I'm thrill to be the owner of a Mercedes-Benz. More

Contact was made with Katelynn and after a few Emails I was very comfortable with her and the dealership, her response time to my questions was excellent.Like all deals this one had a few bumps and Katelynn was there to iron them out. Arrival of the car was exactly as described, and her follow up is extraordinary. I am sure all personnel at this location are equally professional but if you are looking to purchase a car, this is the person I personally recommend. More
