Doesn’t live up to the hype I bought an S550 in 2015. It was too difficult to get in and out of for me and my wife. I wanted to trade it less than a year and less than 12k miles I bought an S550 in 2015. It was too difficult to get in and out of for me and my wife. I wanted to trade it less than a year and less than 12k miles for an MB SUV. They discounted my car by $38K as a trade. So much for MB retaining its resale value. I had three warranty repairs in the first year including new front brake rotors. I put five new tires on the car in about 18 months at $500 a pop. I did trade the car after 2 years and three months with less than 32k miles. By then the value was less than half of what I paid for the car. It is a great road car that is pretty roomy and very comfortable once you are in. It lacked basic technology like remote start and auto dimming brights. I made a bad decision for me to buy that car. It was an expensive mistake. I am very happy to be back in a truck. More

MBOTW takes good care of me Emailed Mark Escobar of MBOTW that my pass side 3 rd window had broken actuator. He emailed back to stop by. Great buying experience! We stopped in to the dealership to drive the two models we were trying to decide and Shawna walked in the door. We had earlier looked for Chris but did not see him. Shawna was upbeat, bubbly and seemed really excited to help. She drove us around, allowed us to test drive everything we asked. We had NO idea that we would buy that day--didn't even bring our checkbook. Shawna was so personable and professional we could not imagine that we did not want the car. She is a gifted saleswoman. The dealership is lucky to have her. We are luckier to have our beautiful auto!! More

Key ignition problem My C250 has been giving us some trouble when we have to take the key off the ignition, this is the second time I have brought it to the dealer and the My C250 has been giving us some trouble when we have to take the key off the ignition, this is the second time I have brought it to the dealer and they say they can't replicate it, though it happens to us all the time. I just wonder if they just want the warranty to expire so I have to pay for the fix? I am going to take the car to Mercedes North to see if they will fix it. More
