Satisfied Customer Bought a new 2020 S560 for my wife as a Christmas surprise. Went to dealer several times to make selection, demonstrate features and negotiate a fair Bought a new 2020 S560 for my wife as a Christmas surprise. Went to dealer several times to make selection, demonstrate features and negotiate a fair price. Sales and Finance people were great. Showroom and service area really nice. Salesman followed me to a storage facility near my house so I could hold the car until Christmas without my wife knowing and drove me back to dealership to pick up my car. Service coordinator was able to quickly pull up records of my current 2010 S550 when requested. Delivery person spent an hour going over the features with my side. Overall a good experience and a satisfied customer. More
