Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands is simply the best location for Mercedes vehicles sales and service. The facilities are excellent. Offering great vehicles at reasonable prices as well as no-push sales approach which makes the entire buying process not only stress free but also a pleasant experience. From the Service Center I have always received a quality service at a reasonable cost and within a reasonable time frame. Technicians are well trained and the service area is extremely well organized and clean. I always enjoy the well stocked coffee and snack bar. Thankful to my service advisor Steve Davis who always makes my visit a pleasant one. And the best of all my car is running great. More

Marcos made the purchase experience great from the first meeting to the final delivery of the vehicle. He was attentive but not pushy. All dealership employees I met were pleasant and friendly, with a focus ensuring satisfaction during the sale and post sale service. Important to note that I had a previous experience at this dealership that was not positive and would not have stepped foot in the dealership if it had not been for the location and the particular vehicle I was interested in. Marcos and Arturo changed my perspective on the dealership to an entirely positive one. Not an easy task to change someone’s previously negative experience into a positive one, but they did so with ease. Would fully recommend Marcos for anyone’s next vehicle purchase. More
