One star is too much for the service at this dealership, I would give 0 start if I could. I have experienced multiple problems and issues with my car since I went in for a simple battery change last year, i I would give 0 start if I could. I have experienced multiple problems and issues with my car since I went in for a simple battery change last year, including failure of electronic systems, and leaving a locking plier attached to the hinge of the trunk that damaged the roof and lastly when I went to change tires and breaks last week, they gave the car back to me with four out of five bolts missing from front wheel. I was driving the car for few days before I noticed the missing bolts as the wheel started shaking. The lack of quality control and poor service we have experienced is shocking. This location has single handedly done great deal of damaged to Mercedes Brand. More

Donald Hutchins provided superior service for me at Mercedes Woodlands. My prior contact was Anthony Walding, who retired, so I thought it would be difficult shoes to fill, but Mr Hutchins did it with Mercedes Woodlands. He's even helped me sort through some issues just when I called them on the phone and it's always been able to be efficient and thoughtful about any issue.
