Very well rounded, easy to get an appointment, easy to drop off, always have a loaner car when needed. Inspection is almost too detailed, but they break it down by what is needed now and what will be nee drop off, always have a loaner car when needed. I have had my car for 3 years and was never shown how to use car screen to cast from my phone as well as how to use the parking assist. EVERYONE there is so easy to work with and when I'm there they make been incredibly impressed with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands. EVERYONE there is so easy to work with and when I'm there they make me feel like the most important customer they have. I can't leave this review without special recognition of Sammy Mourtada - he was my sales person and the first person I interacted with and he made the experience memorable.
