I recently bought a 2007 GL 450 and needed to have a few service items performed on the vehicle. I called a few independent shops and asked their pricing and compared it to Wilsonville MBZ and your prices w service items performed on the vehicle. I called a few independent shops and asked their pricing and compared it to Wilsonville MBZ and your prices were by far the lowest. Cost is always a factor when determining where to take your car but service is just as important. I was greeted by the service manager Mike Rossi and he went out of his way in helping me and discussing in detail what my vehicle needed and how long it would take to fix it. Mike was wonderful to work with and he is a great asset to your company. I will happily return to Wilsonville MBZ for the future needs of my car. More

This was my first time at this dealership and One word comes to mind about my experience. "outstanding" form sales to service... I will never go anywhere else.. The kind of service this store provi comes to mind about my experience. "outstanding" form sales to service... I will never go anywhere else.. The service dept. was marginal before Lithia motors took over and now is absolutely rotten. Even the people I talked to that worked there said the dealership is getting worse. My wife had the same experienc over and now is absolutely rotten. Even the people I talked to that worked there said the dealership is getting worse. My wife had the same experience with her car at the Portland dealership and safety was an issue. I love Mercedes cars but hate the dealership. More
