I waited 2.5 hours for my vehicle to get a oil change, no explanations, no hey were sorry but this is wrong or we're overbooked, NOTHING. I bought a brand new ML-350 from Ed Hatterle it was smooth and easy. When I had a few problems I called Scott in the service dept.. I brought my car in to get fixed and Scott was all over it. I purchased a 2013 Mercedes from Wilsonville. Throughout the transaction they did not live up to any of the verbal and written commitments they made. Despite the management acknowledging their mistakes, the the transaction they did not live up to any of the verbal and written commitments they made. Despite the management acknowledging their mistakes, they still have done nothing to correct the issues. I surfaced the problems to their owner Lithia and they have done nothing and are not responding. I love the car but I would suggest that you should buy it elsewhere! More

Mike Rossi and wilsonville Mercedes was fantastic! I have been to many dealers but never felt the authenticity that mike delivered to me before. Mike did not push products or services on me but suggest have been to many dealers but never felt the authenticity that mike delivered to me before. I am writing about my recent visit to Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville and how pleasant it was. Alex Garcia was my Service Writer and he was awesome! He made my visit very enjoyable. I am not a car guy and hi Wilsonville and how pleasant it was. Alex Garcia was my Service Writer and he was awesome! He made my visit very enjoyable. I am not a car guy and his knowledge and ability to explain exactly what needed to be fixed and why was greatly appreciated. He kept me informed when the tech was looking at the car, what parts were needed, when the parts came in, and when the car was ready not to mention he was extremely friendly. So thanks again Alex. Obviously I'm not looking forward to the next time I need to bring my car in but I definitely have a little peace of mind knowing Alex will be there taking care of everything. More
Dealing with Canan on the financial aspects of buying the car was not a good experience. She told us we had to buy Gap Insurance, told her we have complete coverage thru our own insurance agent. She said w car was not a good experience. She told us we had to buy Gap Insurance, told her we have complete coverage thru our own insurance agent. She said we need Gap, it covers the difference in price and value after an accident. Said we have to buy the insurance at the time of purchasing the car. Had I read the Gap insurance paper I would have known that I did not have to purchase Gap insurance, instead I listened to her and it cost $400 for the insurance, we had the option of purchasing it thru our own agent but she did not say any of that. When I called Gilbert and told him about it, he said he would look into it and get back to me, he never did, left messages for Terry Tallerino, did not return my call, sent him a letter, no response. Terry Tallerino called me this morning (9/13/12). He had been out of town for the past 45 days and read my letter on his return. He said he was sorry to hear about my experience there re the Gap insurance, he said he will refund my money for the insurance but would not cancel the insurance because he believes it is a good deal and the employee should have done a better job explaining it. He said they are committed to good customer service and is reviewing policies with his employees to ensure it doesn't happen again. After listening to Mr. Tellerino about taking my concerns re my experience there and taking steps to make amends, I do recommend the dealership now. It is very good when a business makes amends when a customer has a serious complaint. More

I recently brought my car for service alex gave me great service. Got me a shuttle to the mall so i could spend my money. I felt like a celebrity when the shuttle pulled up. I appreciated the excellent car care service I received from Alex Garcia. Alex kept me informed of what stage of repair my car was in and alerted me to some things about my car that needed replacing that I from Alex Garcia. The repairs my car needed were spendy, but so worth it to have my car back running beautifully. I am so pleased. Alex Garcia is a caring, charming man. I will return to have my car serviced from now on at Mercedes Benz Wilsonville. More
