When I dropped the car off, they came out and greeted me immediately and walked me and started the paperwork on service needed and loaner car. I was in and out in less than 15 min. On Monday at 8:30 Service Advisor called and told me they had the tires in stock and my car would be ready later in the day. When I went to pick up I presented them with an expired coupon from another MB dealership and asked if they might honor.. totally expecting them to say they could not.. even though they did not honor the coupon they did give me $100 off (coupon was for $125). Does not stand behind CPO vehicles I purchased a certified vehicle from MB Wilsonville and had it shipped out of state. When the car arrived, one tire had 2/32” of tread left and needed I purchased a certified vehicle from MB Wilsonville and had it shipped out of state. When the car arrived, one tire had 2/32” of tread left and needed to be replaced, and the other three were all at or under 4/32”. We had been explicitly told by the dealership that the tires had plenty of life left, only to find that upon delivery they needed replacement. The dealership did not want to help in any way, which was shocking given that the car was certified pre-owned. Having to spend $1000 on tires as soon as we received the car seems to defeat the purpose of buying a “CPO”. More

Disappointed with service experience I called to make an appointment and never received a call back, called a second time without reply. I had to call a third time and was scheduled 2 day I called to make an appointment and never received a call back, called a second time without reply. I had to call a third time and was scheduled 2 days later. I explained the "jet engine" noise has been there since I bought the vehicle, now the noise was worse. Charged 1100.00+ for something present for several years. All previous service reps told me it was normal noise. Told our car would be ready by 3:30, arrived at 4:30 and the car was not ready, told they were washing and drying the car. Another 45 minutes and had to ask avain, told the car was being dried. An hour later..,car deluvered, wet and looked like it had been run through a less than par car wash. No apologies, no explanation, no one to explain why this service issue was not addressed other than normal noise. Feel we were not treated fairly all the way around. There are other Mercedes-Benz service dealerships we can take our car in the future More
