Terrible Service I will never be back to Wilsonville Mercedes They ridiculously over charge you. They said I needed to replace parts I JUST had replaced somewhere els I will never be back to Wilsonville Mercedes They ridiculously over charge you. They said I needed to replace parts I JUST had replaced somewhere else and they don’t honor the crappy work they did do. I paid $1500 4 months ago for a lift gate pump they said was fried due to a water leak. Now it is fried again and they want me to pay another $2300 now. I would never purchase or have anything fixed here again!!! More

First service appointment So I brought my SUV in for the first scheduled service to discover that the lifetime oil changes I purchased will only be credit for part of service. So I brought my SUV in for the first scheduled service to discover that the lifetime oil changes I purchased will only be credit for part of service. Closer review of this A1 services shows they are not offering anything special about the service that every other luxury dealership doesn’t do for a cheaper price. They offer only to only discount the $250 A1 service ( no repair , just oil change and checking things) only by $100 even though an oil change cost 129.95! Then I mention I thought there was some paint chipping on my hood. The service rep looked and said oh it is just harderen wax. Hardened wax from where? I have not wax my suv since I bought it and I paid to have the paint protector sprayed on it which is not comparable with fresh waxing. Made me even wonder if they sprayed the vehicle?? Needless to say they actually forgot to remove the wax for the 6 hrs they had it there. Lastly they didn’t even vacuum out the vehicle. While this seems trivial it can say I owned a Lexus for 9 years and they cleaned my car perfectly every time it came in. Not sure how Mercedes can compete with initial services experiences like this. I will try a different dealership next time probably the one in Salem as the services reviews look better and see if things turn out better. Truthfully I think they falsely advertised their lifetime oil change and service and they need to correct this. The service tech stated that they offer this so I can bring the vehicle in between AB services. This is an absolutely ridiculous claim. Why would someone bring their vehicle in for extra changes. They should refund my oil change package as they are not even discounting the cost of one. The only positive I can list is that my service advisor Brandon was friendly and when I did mention the wax and cleaning he did offer to keep the vehicle longer and make it right. Unfortunately after 6 hours I had other obligations. More
