Poor customer service I found the service writer to be rude and not knowledgeable about the vehicle. The service write told me they had to adjust the disc brakes. There I found the service writer to be rude and not knowledgeable about the vehicle. The service write told me they had to adjust the disc brakes. There is no brake adjustment for disc brakes. The vehicle fogs up quickly in certain weather conditions and has no way to defog. You must turn on the defroster which drives you out of the vehicle with super hot air and the air compressor turn off. Every other manufacture runs the air compressor to dry out the air thus defogging quickly. The engine light is now on and I was told not to bring the vehicle in because there was no loaner vehicle. I can continue but will not make any difference. Poor service!! More

Very unfriendly & cold and appeared to quite irritated during the test drive (Brandon King, just because you had a BAD DAY???). We could barely hear what he said, he was literally whispering as if he needs a Nap??? He was unable and unwilling to explain detail features of the vehicle and simply assumed that we are NOT serious buyers. We were quite interested in the vehicle before coming in, now we are totally disappointed with the entire experience. Shame for him to work for Mercedes Benz.... More
