Basic service and tire replacement Came in for basic maintenance and discovered the tires needed to be replaced. Tires needed to be ordered and would 4 days because we were heading into Came in for basic maintenance and discovered the tires needed to be replaced. Tires needed to be ordered and would 4 days because we were heading into the weekend but car should be ready on Tuesday, I would get a call to update me.(this was Friday). Got a call Tuesday, not all tires came in, they would call Wed. to update me. No call, all day, at 5pm Wed, before driving 45min to get to the dealership, I call the dealership. Service to check the status, tire came in but now, I need to replace my rear brake pads too. It might be ready tonight but it will be ready for sure tomorrow(Thurs), in the morning possibly. Got a call in the afternoon that the car was ready. Up to this point, my experience at this dealership has been great. The service and parts timing, I get, it takes time. Not calling me to keep me updated on my service sucks. Will make sure to get a different service rep the next time. More

Competent service with excellent service representatives My only negative is the greasy fingerprints left on the door post and headliner. I just had this car detailed the day before I brought it in. Don’t kn My only negative is the greasy fingerprints left on the door post and headliner. I just had this car detailed the day before I brought it in. Don’t know why technicians can’t learn to keep dirt and grease out of the passenger area. I would have brought it back immediately but was well on my way home Now I have to pay a detailer to clean the mess up More

Please do not ever buy A CPO Mercedes from this Dealership Everything from the last post the person wrote before this one is very true and pretty much what we are going through. 1 year ago my wife and I we Everything from the last post the person wrote before this one is very true and pretty much what we are going through. 1 year ago my wife and I were looking for a GL class we have always wanted. I have always owned Audi's and we decided to switch to see how a Mercedes benz would treat us. We purchased our CPO GL350 from Mark Raleigh. The process was like any other, nothing special and out the door. The vehicle had 36K miles and had services done on it and came with their CPO warranty covered for 2 yrs. Sounds like things will be great. Wrong, this has been the worse vehicle we have ever had. The car is seriously JUNK. Here is our experience: About 4 months ago the check engine light came on. I t was intermittent going on and going off. I called to speak to someone about our so called "certified warranty" and what is covered. So a sales person passed me off to their finance person who wanted to tell me as quickly as possible that this vehicle does NOT have any more warranty left on it because its over 50K miles! I am sorry, thank you for calling. A month goes by, now the vehicle is running pretty poor and now starting to make a bunch of bad noises ( don not know why, we have had the services up to date) we came to the conclusion to dump the is car after 1 yr of owner ship. In good faith we decided to take our vehicle back to the dealership to try anything as a last effort before we trade it in. It goes from bad to worse. Their finance supervisor comes out to hear my side. I explain to him how dissatisfied we are with this vehicle after 1yr and the problems its faced. It was pretty obvious the lack of interest he had hearing this ( a lot of shuffling and looking around as if not interested) then comes this quote " well yeah, you have not warranty left I just checked! and then the exasperated "well, how can we make this right?" He quickly passes us off to a sales guy as we can tell he has not any time for us ( it was so awkward and felt like we were a nuisance. This guy Brent Mesher pretty much saved everything!! Not only did he not know us, he spent time with us researching our paper work to find out yes, our vehicle is still under CPO warranty that is 18 month unlimited miles. He found it rather quickly in fact. MB wilsonville, please train your Finance professionals to know the ins and outs of a CPO warranty, it is rather simple, since we were told 'NO" two times while it was covered the whole time. How ridiculous as we wasted time while this engine light was on. Now, the vehicle has been in the service dept for 2 months. This is no lie with all the paperwork time stamps and work done. We had the vehicle returned 4 times for repeated engine lights coming on. So many parts have been replaced under the last couple months of warranty. The vehicle is currently in the shop as I am writing this to find out there are multiple failures happening on the vehicle that is not covered. A wheel bearing at repair cost of $1600 and a EGR valve at $500 that they say is not covered anymore. That is where we are left at. The most disappointing part in all this, is never a simple "sorry you folks are going through this, never an offer of a gas card making 4 trips to your dealership from the coast 2 hours away because they cannot fix this car. We are left with the most empty feeling of any dealership we can think of. This is a PUMP and DUMP dealership, the are all very busy with numbers and volume. It is extremely transactional, nothing more. We will never, never, ever, ever buy another Mercedes Benz again and are going back to our Audi. Not even our Porsche has had any problems like this and it has 100k miles. If those are reading and considering a MB from this Dealership here is our advice: For heavens sake LEASE these cars, they are absolute junk after so many miles. Do not get a CPO,! Lease so you can dump it after 3 yrs before all the problems come to play costing $$$$ for nuts and bolts. Here is our stats: 2014 GL 350 Bluetec paid $50K with 36k miles in August 2017. Vehicle starting falling apart shortly after 1year at 50K miles. It has already had a timing chain, injector, Ad blue tank, Tank heater, Fuel pump, brake vacuum lines other misc items and now currently needs a EFG valve with a wheel bearing at about $2000 not covered. Think about that: A $50k car that fell apart after 1year that has already had probably around $5-7K in repairs and still needs another $2000 to be fixed and spent 2 months in the shop because it keeps breaking. Dont make the mistake we did please. Please get something else somewhere else and Lease it please if its a Mercedes Benz. The pros: its not all bad. I have to be honest with people. Some people were great to deal with such as Brent in sales and Michael stone in service have been very helpful ( although I have been in service enough to see employees come and go out of that place) They do offer loaner vehicles and have a good selection of that. The Dealership is that Shiny new apple on the outside that looks wonderful. Remember it is all a show and been arranged to take you! you will see once you peel back the layers. The Mercedes will go and will get another Audi or Porsche...and never look back. More

Our family have a great history with Mercedes and that is why we also lean into its brand. Thinking that is also a luxury car its service will also be top of its line, but I guess we were wrong... It all started really great. We choose a good deal on a CPO, we test drive it, we loved it. We then negotiated some of the terms and that went as expected in any negotiation. I was amazed, we closed the loan much faster than other dealerships I have bought new cars. But, that was just the skin of the apple... sort to say.. is like when you go to the groceries and you find this shiny healthy apple and you buy it. When you get home all excited to get this delicious fruit, you get the knife to cut it and to your surprise! Is just full of worms... When we finished the loan application, they told us they will send us the copy of the loan over email. Three days have passed and I saw my statement the down payment we made but also another payment of over $4k that I have no idea what exactly was. Also, we tried to change the terms of our finance. So we called the finance manager, left a voicemail and no call back. We contacted our sales rep and she send an email to the finance manager and cc me. I followed up over email every day for week and a half and never got a reply. I called him and all calls landed to his voicemail. Finally, I was over it, I send them the last email that they are not taking any of their responsibility serious and that is when the director of sales (who was also cc in all the emails) sent me the copy of my contract. When I reviewed it, there was no $4k anywhere. I asked what is that.. and of course their answers was.. oops, not sure what happened, we are refunding it back. Also they told us that has been too long since we signed up the loan and they cannot change it. I told them I made the initial call two days after and never got any reply back, send emails and everything. I was like, what? I give you my credit card to pay for the down payment how you use it to charge for something else that you don't have any recollection? Or even worse, if I never asked consistently for my documents to be sent so I can review I will just end up paying $4k for nothing? I just felt that that idea of top service was just a big fat lie. Mercedes or not, the only luxury part they have is their cars, but not their people. Specially if you try to contact them after you already give them your money. Before that, they were so responsive. They just want your money so bad. But when you just ask a simple question to send the documents, they just disappear, overcharge you, make you waste your time, don't value you as a customer. I don't expect to do any further business with this dealership. Now I know they put a good face to collect your money, after that, you are just a transaction. More

Leasing experience I’ve been leasing Mercedes from Wilsonville Mercedes for the last 4 years and recently ended one lease to begin a new one. While you’d think the proce I’ve been leasing Mercedes from Wilsonville Mercedes for the last 4 years and recently ended one lease to begin a new one. While you’d think the process would be an easy one, instead it became cumbersome and time consuming. My sales consultant did what he could to lessen the time in the dealership but you’re still in for at least three hours of processing on changing cars when your current lease comes to term and you opt to lease another. When I mentioned the dealership should have a concierge car return/delivery I was told it did but the service wasn’t available most the time and you had to be a high end customer. At an MSRP on the new car of $67,000.00 it would seem something could be arranged. Overall good service but it could be better! Just saying.... More
