Lara didn’t apply any pressure for us to buy, just talked with us about the vehicle and helped us go on a test drive. When we found the vehicle we wanted but didn’t have a lot of time to spend at the dealer, she not only had the car detailed and ready to go but let the finance manager know so we could get in and out quickly. The dealership itself is beautiful with lots of amenities and things to keep the kids occupied. We have driven the car now for a few weeks and really enjoy it. No sooner had I settled into the waiting room than Alan came to tell me what was wrong and that they had the part in stock and the car was ready. They washed the automobile and I was on my way in under an hour (with a delicious complimentary latte)!
