Well, to my surprise, it appeared to be my lucky day, or perhaps this dealership had separated themselves from the many others ? In either case, I was fortunate that day to be assisted by Lara who besides having extensive product knowledge, was also quite gregarious which proved entertaining as well as comforting at the same time. Everything is changed since I bought my first car in 2014 . Brought the car in for routine service. When I bought the car or year ago I did not receive an owners manual or guide to use the command center con . Brought the car in for routine service. When I bought the car or year ago I did not receive an owners manual or guide to use the command center control program finally, I got the manual on the car. I asked for a manual for the command control center and was told I must pay $250 for it?!! Just not the same organization that I thought I was dealing with! That organization just could not do enough to make sure that you were satisfied. Very disappointed! And, just for the record, this is not a problem with the service center. This is a problem with the management. More
