Had purchased a 2018 GLE, added a service package that we were told would cover all major systems for about 5 years. Took the car in recently, and they recommended some engine work. Come to find out the cove were told would cover all major systems for about 5 years. Took the car in recently, and they recommended some engine work. Come to find out the coverage was written as if for a new vehicle, when ours had 33k miles out the door when purchased - the policy expired due to mileage on the car. Paid $6k for that coverage and feel it was misrepresented at best when purchased (and I’m tactfully refrain from what I’d really say). Wilsonville Mercedes has treated us well before, but they’ll not see my car or my $$ again. More

When he learned that parts were five days out, he offered me a point of view. He had Tech diagnose my problem without charging me a diagnostic fee. When he learned that parts were five days out, he offered me a loaner on the spot because the repair corrected a safety issue. Parts received and installed one day before anticipated arrival.
