This is my second purchase from them and specifically with Rich Heller as my sales consultant. They were amazing, listened to what was important to me, identified the specific car that would meet my need with Rich Heller as my sales consultant. They were amazing, listened to what was important to me, identified the specific car that would meet my needs and made me a fantastic deal. The financing team was great, easy to work with, and able to get me an even lower rate than initially expected. I will definitely go back again! More
poor service experience. good work. poor cust. service recent service performed a B service, changed wipers and spark plugs. also serviced a check engine light under warranty. dealer offered a 50% discou recent service performed a B service, changed wipers and spark plugs. also serviced a check engine light under warranty. dealer offered a 50% discount on labor and I took advantage. dropped my car off and was told would be Monday of the next week. was no problem because they offered a loaner and I agreed. finally done Wednesday with no contact back to me. tried to call in and ask for MORE work, left two messages which were never returned. paid $925.00 which seemed high for the work done. called in and talked with service adviser finally and he went through the bill. I still believed the price was high because I was charged $31.00 for each spark plug. seems unreasonable. I got on the internet and priced the parts from a different MB dealer. essentially, I was over charged an $170.44 based on exactly the same MB part numbers from retail. REALLY ... I buy a $70,000 car from you and you nickel and dime me for $170.00 in service???? I do not complain about the price of the car or the work. being nickel and dime on part prices ($31.00 for a $14.00 spark plug with same part number MB part) is unreasonable. I will not be back. More
