When I arrived I was met and then directed to a service person other than my regular service advisor. The reason for such direction was to put me in the care of Chris Scott who handles service requirements such the one I was bringing. He did a great job in explaining to me what was to be done regarding my passenger side rear wheel which was causing a tire leak. That fine work was continued later in the day when Chris phoned me at home to explain options for a solution. I made my decision and will meet Chris again next week to implement the solution we agreed upon. First class work by Chris and any other folks with whom I had contact. Dave Petersen More
