We took car in for a regular service. When we went to pick it up there was tree sap all over the car. They went to go wash it and as they were going into the washer they wracked the front bumper. They h pick it up there was tree sap all over the car. They went to go wash it and as they were going into the washer they wracked the front bumper. They had to send it to a company to replace the bumper. Rob Temple service manager gave me his card apologising It took them a month to get ready there was no communication. I always had to call. When we got there to pick up the car Ron Temple was very rude even after what they did to our car. When they brought our car up the back light was broken, with their comments they were saying that it was us . The back light was not broken when we left the car. Ron Temple as the manager should have been out there talking to us. He didn’t we had to go find him. Again it took them a month te get it fixed and no communication I ALWAYS HAD TO CALL. While I as there waiting there was a lady who had tree sap and her also and they to take it and getting washed again . Why are they parking any car u ser trees that drop sap????? I don’t understand I will not be taking my car there again!! More
