From the warm, welcoming customer service, to the excellent, high-quality maintenance service performed on my e430, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased, and glad to have chosen Mercedes of Wilsonv excellent, high-quality maintenance service performed on my e430, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased, and glad to have chosen Mercedes of Wilsonville as an extension of my MB ownership experience. Receiving VIP treatment can still be a rarity when it comes to mechanic shops, service departments, or dealerships in general, and though the vehicle I brought in was an older model, the entire staff still saw fit to ensure my vehicle received high quality maintenance, and that I was made to feel valuable as a customer. Amazing experience, compared to other dealerships/service departments I have visited, and I would definitely recommend a visit to Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville for either sales, or service! More

I brought my Sprinter in to the service department to have a few recalls repaired and a Schedule A Service. The van was fixed properly in the end, but it was quite an ordeal. We got to the dealership Thu have a few recalls repaired and a Schedule A Service. The van was fixed properly in the end, but it was quite an ordeal. We got to the dealership Thursday afternoon, checked in and were promptly given our courtesy vehicle, a GLA250 4Matic. We had to wait 25 minutes for a returned courtesy vehicle to be moved out of the way so we could exit the dealership lot and get on with our day. As scheduled, we cane to pick up the van 24 hours later. We had to wait around for over an hour before our Sprinter was brought from service to the pickup area. Half way home, it was getting very poor fuel economy, and the TPMS showed low front tire pressure which should have been checked as part of the schedule A Service. When we got home, the reason for the poor fuel economy was apparent since there was a strong smell of leaking Diesel fuel resulting from the fuel filter replacement which was also part of the Schedule A Service. I notified Cody that the van would need to be returned to have these issues corrected, and he told me that I could drop it off with Brittany in service the next day. Once again, we were promptly given a courtesy vehicle, but the CLA250 was MUCH too small to fit my family. After pleading our case for a larger vehicle, we were RELUCTANTLY given another GLA250 4Matic. On Monday, after no updates on the status of my van, I called Cody who informed me that no one had even looked at the van since it was dropped off on Saturday! He called me the next morning as promised to let me know that the Sprinter was ready for pickup and that there was no fuel leak, and that all connections were tighten down. Nothing would have to be tightened if there wasn’t a fuel leak. After returning the curtesy vehicle, we had to pay an invoice for $517.00, quite expensive for a new fuel filter and a couple of clamps and half an hour replacement time which it shouldn’t have needed at only 1783 miles. This was even after removing the cost of the lifetime oil changes which were prepaid. I didn’t expect this type of experience from an award-running service department, but Cody was very friendly and answered all of my questions. More
