In June 2020 we special ordered a Sprinter Van. Our sales rep Tommy was able to help a great deal while we were there. In October 2020 we still hed no word on our van. Called the dealership, they could not find a record, the dealership had to contact Tommy. Late December still no word on our van. Called the dealership, again they cannot find a record of our van. They had to contact Tommy to find out any information and have him call us. A van had come in, but not our full order specifaction. The dealership did pay a missing element. my biggest problem's is no one from the dealership was in contact with us for the entire time unless we called, and there was no record of who we were or what we wanted in the dealership records. If something had happened to Tommy our van purchase could have been gone. It was mentioned to Tommy to communicate and e-mails to the dealer did little help except to have Tommy call us. More
Mercedes wilsonville always gives excellent customer service no matter which department you work with. However, for service ask for Britney because she will absolutely take care of you, send you updates service no matter which department you work with. This is the only MB dealership close. Other than that, I would not recommend. The final process took to long to complete. They only needed to prepare and submit the vehicle title and registration. We still do not have the mbrace app working and there was no working navigation system, it’s asking for a sd card. I expected the navigation system fully functional not requiring an additional part that is not included. The rude attitude of the finance person once it was obvious I was not financing the vehicle with MB. First visit I had an appointment to test drive a specific MB. Once there I was informed that this vehicle was not ready and that I was not scheduled for a test drive. They tried to get me to test drive a different vehicle. I call that a bait and switch scam and I left. I did decide to try again, only MB dealership close. Still not convinced. David, sales person, did do a pretty good job though. Mbrace is a challenging app. More

I bought and paid in full my new G-Wagon on 1/11/21 with a promise of delivery by Monday 1/18/21. My car could not be delivery on 1/18/21 but it was delivered on 1/19/21. The car came from Portland to Seatt a promise of delivery by Monday 1/18/21. My car could not be delivery on 1/18/21 but it was delivered on 1/19/21. The car came from Portland to Seattle. When I got the car, I notice that the dealer did not send me my temporary plate. I have been contacting this dealership and Brian the financial guy about sending my temporary plate so I can use the car, but Brian just keep lying saying that will be sending the plate overnight since1/20/21 but he never sent. I contacted the GM Scott about this issue just to be ignored. Today is 1/25/21 and I can't use the car because the GM and Brian are refusing to send the temporary plate. This is a huge scam!!! I want to be able to use the car I paid for but I can't because they don't send me MY TEMPORARY PLATE!!! More
